About me
Like many kids growing up, I was obsessed with LEGO. I still remember coming home from school on a Friday, hoping I’d done well in my spelling test, because if I had, my mum would surprise me with a new LEGO set. That weekly reward turned into a full-blown passion. I didn’t just build sets, I imagined stories, characters, and entire worlds brick by brick.
That love for LEGO never really left.
Fast forward to 2018, and I created The Brick Illustrator, a way of combining my passion for LEGO with my background in design and illustration. A local vintage toy shop near me was looking for artwork to display, and with a bit of encouragement from friends and family, I decided to put my minifigure illustrations out into the world.
The response was overwhelming.
Since then, I’ve been lucky to build a growing following in the LEGO community, connecting with people who share the same nostalgia and joy that these tiny, brick-built characters bring. One of my proudest moments? Being commissioned by the winners of Channel 4’s LEGO Masters to create a custom piece, a surreal and humbling experience I’ll never forget.
Now based in Cardiff, I create bold, graphic artwork inspired by minifigures, pop culture, and that timeless joy of play, because everything really is awesome when you’re doing what you love.
